The North Carolina Advantage
You can’t talk about a North Carolina location without talking about the Tar Heel State itself — ranked the #1 state for business in 9 of the past 10 years by Site Selection magazine, and perennially rated among America’s best places to live. A right-to-work state, North Carolina is home to one of the most productive workforces in the nation. And whether you’re looking at labor costs, taxes, real estate, or cost of living, you’ll find practically everything here to be more affordable than in many other East Coast locations.

All American Defense Corridor
The U.S. military’s Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC 2005) program is resulting in major expansions at Fort Bragg and five other area military bases, which in turn is creating unprecedented opportunity in the defense and homeland security industries. The All American Defense Corridor is a partnership among 11 counties (including Robeson County) created to support the growth of defense-related businesses in the region.
